💾 FocusFlow backup & data

One JSON file, optionally encrypted with a passphrase (AES-GCM-256). Importing the same file restores everything. The server / cloud-sync option lives in its own card below.

When exporting you'll be asked whether to encrypt — say yes and pick a passphrase you'll remember. Lose the passphrase = lose the data; the passphrase is never stored.
